SHIPPING

Items may be expected to ship within 2-5 business days following payment authorization or approval unless otherwise noted within the description of certain custom manufactured items such as rings. Rings or custom items such as some clothing or hats may ship 2-5 weeks after order placement due to manufacturing time as determined by size, metal type or, in the case of specialty clothing, custom imprinting or embroidery. Because of their value, all rings will ship via UPS to a verifiable address therefore a physical shipping address for all ring orders is required.

Precious Metal Rings
Notice: Precious Metal Rings are Made to Order and may take several weeks before their manufacture is complete. Each Precious Metal Ring is One Of A Kind. While most of our rings should arrive in 2 to 5 weeks, you should allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of Gold, and some Silver, Rings.  International Shipping may vary.

 

In cases when an order includes back ordered, made to order or custom items, we will wait to ship the order when all items have been received. If it is necessary, and possible,  for a part of your order to be shipped ahead of time we can make arrangements to ship your items separately. However, an additional shipping charge will be incurred for the additional shipment.

MasonicBling.com will consolidate all International Orders prior to shipment. As this must be done at our warehousing facility, additional processing time (2-4) weeks may be required when shipping overseas or outside of the Continental United States.

 

International Shipping

Canadian and other International customers are responsible for any and all other customs charges. If it is the case that items are returned because of non-payment of duties by the purchaser, the cost of these items will not be refunded. In this instance, additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Only UPS Shipping is guaranteed.  MasonicBling.com does not guarantee International orders shipped by regular mail and it is the sole responsibility of the customer if the order does not arrive or if it arrives late. We do not replace or refund orders shipped Internationally by regular mail. Priority Mail International is an uninsured shipping method and cannot be tracked. If the item(s) are not received, broken, damaged or confiscated in customs the order and item(s) will not be replaced. We recommend UPS Shipping which is insured, may be tracked and has a dependable time of delivery of 1-2 weeks following our initial shipment processing.

 

Back Orders

It is possible for item manufacture delays for certain items and sell outs for items that we generally keep in stock. We will notify you via checkout invoice, email or over the phone if an item is backordered and will make arrangements to ship as soon as possible. Returns

All non-custom, non-engraved, non personalized items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase if it is unused or defective.  Unless an item is clearly defective, all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling are not refunded on returned items.

 

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap)

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts

• Any piece of Jewelry (including rings) which have a Size 10 or higher, custom side emblems, or any other custom feature

• Any item which has been specially engraved or been altered for your specific needs

 

Note that rings made to order may have minor imperfections owing to the uniqueness of each crafted piece of jewelry. Refunds are only offered for these items if the ring is clearly defective.
