    It's easy! You can either make your purchase online via our shopping cart or Call Us at 1-866-797-7160. If you wish to make your purchase online,simply select the products you want from our categories and product lists and add them to the shopping cart. The cart will guide you easily through the checkout process.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept checks, money orders and major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express)via PayPal. We can also process your credit card orders offline when you call us to order at 1-866-797-7160. If you place your order with a check or money order you must allow for us to receive your payment or clear your check BEFORE we process your order.

  • How long will it take for me to receive the items I purchase?
    Typically, we ship most of our items within 3 Days after receiving payment. It may take as long as 2 weeks for you to receive your order due to shipping. We primarily use USPS. Some items that are made to order, including rings and other custom items, may take longer to process. You may need to allow for up to 4-6 weeks for special orders. Many of our Rings are custom made jewelry items made to individual specifications and have no duplicates.

  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
    Returns All non-custom, non-engraved, non personalized items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase if it is unused or defective. Unless an item is clearly defective, all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling are not refunded on returned items. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts Any piece of Jewelry (including rings) which have a Size 10 or higher, custom side emblems, or any other custom feature Any item which has been specially engraved or been altered for your specific needs
